Edition 2025 — Handmade Tortellini Festival
The 2025 edition of the Handmade Tortellini Festival took place at the Centro del Volontariato in Bentivoglio, in Emilia-Romagna, within the Festa de l'Unità organized by the local club.
In that edition too, the star was the artisanal tortellini, hand-rolled and closed by volunteer pasta makers and served in broth, with cream sauce, and with ragù. The menu also featured traditional Bolognese first and second courses, in a convivial atmosphere that attracted families and lovers of good food from the Bolognese plain.
