Edition 2025 — Manfregole Festival

In 2025, the Handmade Manfregole Festival once again animated Colonnetta di Fabro, with the Pro Loco's food stalls open every evening. The stars were the manfregole, typical handmade Umbrian pasta, accompanied by local specialties and dance orchestras, in a community celebration at the start of summer.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Manfregole Festival renewed its appointment in the locality of Colonnetta, a hamlet of Fabro, under the organization of the Pro Loco. Every evening, the food stalls offered handmade manfregole and other specialties of Umbrian cuisine, in a festive atmosphere accompanied by dance orchestras.

For over twenty years, the event has confirmed the territory's link with handmade pasta and the conviviality of southern Umbria's summer festivals. Specific dates for 2025 are not fully available from public sources.
