Edition 2025 — Spinazzola Sausage Festival

The 8th edition of the Hand-Cut Sausage Festival took place in Spinazzola on Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7, 2025, in the historic center. Two days dedicated to the signature product of the Murgia village, featuring food stalls, live music, a vintage car rally, and children's entertainment, organized by the Municipality and the Pro Loco Torre e Pino.

The 2025 edition of the Hand-Cut Sausage Festival, now in its 8th year, was held on September 6 and 7, 2025, in the historic center of Spinazzola. The event enlivened the town's streets and squares with food stalls dedicated to the famous hand-cut sausage, served grilled, pan-seared, in a sandwich, or paired with local wines and cheeses.

The musical program featured performances by Denny Music on Saturday evening and The Commercialisti, a Boomdabash cover band, on Sunday, accompanied by DJ sets. On Sunday, the town center also hosted a vintage car rally, and the stalls were open for lunch as well. In Piazza Pignatelli, an area with free games and bouncy castles entertained the little ones, while the organizers also offered guided tours of the nearby Bauxite Mines.

Programme

Saturday, September 6: opening of food stalls in the historic center from 7:00 PM, live concert by Denny Music and DJ set. Sunday, September 7: stalls open for lunch, vintage car rally, free games and bouncy castles for children in Piazza Pignatelli, evening concert by The Commercialisti (Boomdabash cover band) and DJ set.
