Edition 2025 — Battuta Festival

The 3rd edition of the Hand-Cut Beef Tartare Festival took place in Caramagna Piemonte from Friday, September 26 to Monday, September 29, 2025. Four days of gastronomy, music, and rural tradition featuring the PalaBattuta in Piazza Castello, a concert by former Matia Bazar members Carlo Marrale and Silvia Mezzanotte, seminars, DJ sets, and the historic livestock fair with the 42nd Bistecca Doc.

2025 Edition - 3rd Edition

The 2025 edition of the Hand-Cut Beef Tartare Festival was held in Caramagna Piemonte from September 26 to 29, as part of the celebrations for Beata Caterina Mattei. On Friday the 26th, the PalaBattuta in Piazza Castello opened at 7:30 PM, followed by the youth night in Piazza Boetti with DJ Dodo and a DJ set by Johnny Manfredi, while at the Lago dei Salici, former Matia Bazar members Carlo Marrale and Silvia Mezzanotte celebrated the 50th anniversary of "Stasera che sera".

On Saturday the 27th, the seminar "The Piedmontese breed facing new global challenges" at the Polivalente preceded the official inauguration, "Sport in the square," and the "Discoinferno" night. Sunday the 28th featured an aperitif with the Small Jazz Band, the Barabba Gulash Band, and dancing with the Mambo Jambo Dance school. On Monday the 29th, the grand commercial and livestock fair, the Piedmontese cattle competition, and the 42nd edition of the "Bistecca Doc" closed the event.
