Haitrana Pizzica Fest

The second edition of the Haitrana Pizzica Fest brought the squares of Avetrana to life on Monday, August 4, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM. Organized by the Haitra cultural association, the evening combined live music, folk dance, and culinary traditions, attracting audiences of all ages to the town center.

On stage, the opening was entrusted to the Haitra group, the local youth folk ensemble, followed by a concert by Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino, a historic Salento world music group that celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025 with nine musicians and a dancer on stage. To complete the celebration, food stalls offered local products and wine tastings, all with completely free admission.
