This is not a speed race but a course designed for learning to ride a bike while having fun: skill tests with any type of bicycle for children aged 3 to 12, gymkhanas around cones, and play-cycling activities. The goal is to introduce children to cycling safely, emphasizing balance, bike control, and team spirit before the result.
A club rooted in the territory
The Unione Ciclistica Martellago-Maerne-Olmo organizes several events each year for young cyclists in the Veneto region. The Trophy, named in memory of Favaretto and supported by local sponsors such as Hair Cut, Banca Marca, and San Benedetto, is held in the parking lot in front of the Olmo roundabout, a closed and protected space ideal for young athletes.

The 2026 edition combines the 6th Hair Cut Trophy – Favaretto Memorial with the debut of the 1st OLMOgimkana. The event, scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, includes skill tests with any type of bike for children aged 3 to 12 and play-cycling activities in the parking lot in front of the roundabout. The organization is handled by the Unione Ciclistica Martellago-Maerne-Olmo in its 53rd anniversary year.
