Edition 2025 — Gustosando a Dubino

The 2025 edition of Gustosando a Dubino took place on Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19, featuring an eight-stop enogastronomic route through the courtyards and cellars of the village. Flavours of Valtellina tradition, from sciatt to gnocchetti, and local DOC and DOCG wines, available by reservation through the Consorzio Turistico Porte di Valtellina.

Gustosando a Dubino 2025 enlivened the village of Lower Valtellina on Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19. The route, organized by the Consorzio Turistico Porte di Valtellina (Valtellina Gateway Tourist Consortium), led participants through the eight tasting stops scattered in the courtyards and cellars of Dubino, pairing local dishes — from flours of the old mill to cheeses, from local potatoes to sciatt — with Valtellina wines. A slow and convivial occasion to discover an authentic corner of the province of Sondrio through its gastronomic tradition.
