Edition 2025 — Gustorie di Sicilia

The first edition of Gustorie di Sicilia took place in Castellammare del Golfo from June 26 to 29, 2025, born in the wake of Sicily's recognition as the 2025 European Region of Gastronomy. Four days of cooking shows, tastings, free concerts, and the first Sicilian Popular Cooking Championship enlivened Piazza Petrolo and Piazza Madrice, featuring culinary competitions, tales of the sea, and cultural meetings.

The 2025 edition

The first edition of Gustorie di Sicilia enlivened Castellammare del Golfo from June 26 to 29, 2025, between Piazza Petrolo and Piazza Madrice. The program alternated between the ExpoGustorie market exhibition, DegustaStorie tastings, and the competitions of the Sicilian Popular Cooking Championship, hosted by Giusi Battaglia and Andrea Lo Cicero.

The Gustorie Live Show evenings featured free concerts and DJ sets in Piazza Petrolo, with Sergio Friscia, DJ Jad & Wlady, and the grand finale entrusted to Alessandra Salerno with the show "Rosa ed io" and a fashion show of Sicilian attire. There was also space for Conversations on Sicilianness, with guests such as director Paolo Licata and writer Salvo Toscano, and the Cunti&Sapuri cooking shows about the sea.

Programme

Thursday 26 and Friday 27 June: Sicilian Popular Cooking Championship competitions, Cunti&Sapuri cooking shows, concert by Sergio Friscia. Saturday 28: banquet of finalist chefs, DJ set by DJ Jad & Wlady. Sunday 29: fashion shows and final concert by Alessandra Salerno with "Rosa ed io".
