Edition 2025 — Gustopolis

In the autumn of 2025, Montopoli in Val d'Arno hosted the first White Truffle and Local Products Market Fair, the gastronomic event that launched the regional promotion path later relaunched in the spring of 2026 with Gustopolis. Truffle and local product stalls, tastings, and initiatives in the heart of the village.

In the autumn of 2025, the village of Montopoli in Val d'Arno hosted the first White Truffle and Local Products Market Fair, the first step in the gastronomic promotion of the territory which, the following spring, was structured into the Gustopolis format dedicated to the Marzuolo truffle. The streets of the historic center hosted stalls from truffle producers and local excellence, with tastings and initiatives dedicated to food culture, in a setting that combined taste, craftsmanship, and the identity of the lower Valdarno, in the province of Pisa.
