The eighth edition of GustaPorto took place in Civitanova Marche starting Saturday, June 14, 2025, with the theme "The sea begins in the mountains", emphasizing the link between the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini hinterland.

The program's highlight was the sea agora, hosted at the municipal Fish Market and led by journalist Gioacchino Bonsignore, editor-in-chief of Tg5, on the theme of the port as an embassy of the territory. Significant space was given to the street food village in the port area, offering dishes based on blue fish and Adriatic shellfish, including the traditional "furbi", and two gluten-free options created with the Italian Celiac Association.

Among the year's new features were the sailing trip organized with the Vela Club, cinema at the port with the screening of the animated film "Flow"—winner of the European Parliament's Lux Prize and the 2025 Oscar—and the evocative reenactment of the 'sciabica', the ancient fishing technique once practiced on the Marche beaches.
