Edition 2025 — Gulf Half Marathon
11th Edition - December 7, 2025
The eleventh Gulf Half Marathon was held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, in Gela, with the start and finish on Viale Cortemaggiore, in the heart of the Macchitella district, just a few steps from the sea. The meeting point was set for 8:00 AM, with the start at 9:30 AM and the awards ceremony at 12:00 PM.
A total of 337 athletes (62 women and 275 men) took part, representing 70 clubs: 283 in the half marathon distance (21.097 km) and 54 in the 10.55 km race, which was also combined with the 6th edition of the AISA Trophy. The most numerous category was the SM50. The race, organized by A.S.D. Atletica Gela, was valid as the seventh and penultimate stage of the regional half marathon Grand Prix. The race pack included a technical jersey and a commemorative medal (the second of a triptych).
