Edition 2025 — Guiglia Polenta Festival

In autumn 2025, the Polenta and Ancient Flavors Festival enlivened Piazza Marconi in Guiglia on the last weekends of September. Polenta cooked in large cauldrons, served classic or fried as 'calzagatti', was the star alongside crescentine, pasta and beans, and typical products from the Modena Apennines, amidst music and dancing for all ages.

The 2025 edition of the Polenta and Ancient Flavors Festival took place, as tradition dictates, on the last weekends of September in Piazza Marconi in Guiglia, in the Modena Apennines. The star was polenta cooked in large cauldrons and offered classic or fried as calzagatti, accompanied by handmade crescentine, pasta and beans, and the flavors of mountain cuisine.

The event, organized by the Pro Loco Guiglia APS, confirmed the success of an occasion dedicated to the recovery of ancient gastronomic traditions of the territory, with live music, dancing, and entertainment for families and visitors of all ages.
