Guidonia Christmas Village

The 2024-2025 Christmas Village in Piazza Matteotti

The third edition of the Guidonia Montecelio Christmas village occupied Piazza Giacomo Matteotti from December 6, 2024, to January 6, 2025, changing neighborhoods compared to the previous editions in Villalba and Colle Fiorito. The setup included wooden chalets for the craft market, themed nativity scene chalets featuring actors, inflatable games, face painting, Christmas product tastings, artificial snow, a LED-lit tree over three meters tall, light installations, and a baroque-style carousel.

Shows and guests

The ice skating rink was the heart of the village, with free sessions reserved for local schools. Highlights included performances by skater Chiara Censori (December 6 and 14, January 5), the « Christmas Carol on Ice » show on December 22, the Ufo Rock Band concert on December 7, and the final « Befana show » on January 6. The daily program was managed by the Pro Loco of Guidonia, with the patronage of the Municipality and the support of the Lazio Region.
