In 2025 too, the Arrosticini Festival enlivened the July evenings in Guardea, in Piazza Pietro Panfili. The grilled arrosticini, sheep meat skewers, were the stars of the menu along with first courses and various specialties, with live music by A.S.D. Guardea.
The 2025 edition of the Arrosticini Festival of Guardea took place in July in Piazza Pietro Panfili, confirming the multi-evening format. The grilled arrosticini — the sheep meat skewers of Abruzzese tradition — were the signature dish, accompanied by first courses and other specialties. The evenings, organized by A.S.D. Guardea, were accompanied by live music, in one of the most popular summer festivals in the Amerino village, in the province of Terni.
