Edition 2025 — Guarcino in the Time of Malpensa
The December 13, 2025 Edition
The event took place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in the historic center of Guarcino, in the province of Frosinone. The initiative, created to renew the memory of the legendary soldier Malpensa — a heroic figure to whom tradition attributes the salvation of the town — brought the alleys and squares of the village to life with a medieval setting.
The program featured historical re-enactments and scenes of daily medieval life, a historical market with artisans and local products, demonstrations of ancient crafts, as well as live music, shows, and dances for adults and children.
The event was organized by the Municipality of Guarcino with the Compagnia del Feudo, the Pro Loco Guarcino-Campocatino, and UNPLI, with the patronage of the Lazio Region. Admission was free.
