Edition 2025 — Grisì in Festa

The 2025 edition of Grisì in Festa, the Sausage and Sfincia Festival, took place on the weekend of July 26 and 27 in the hamlet of Grisì, Monreale. Two evenings starting at 7:00 PM with food stalls dedicated to grilled sausage, sfincia, and Sicilian street food specialties, accompanied by live music, folklore, and shows. Free admission, in the agricultural village between Via Cesare Gaglio and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

Grisì in Festa 2025

The Sausage and Sfincia Festival returned to the village of Grisì (Monreale) on July 26 and 27, 2025, with stalls opening at 7:00 PM. Organized by the Associazione Grisì da Vivere with the patronage of the Municipality of Monreale, the event offered two evenings of taste and entertainment with free admission.

The stars were the traditional flavors: grilled sausage, sfincia, sfincione, arancine, pane e panelle, cannoli, and Monreale DOC wines, alongside typical zero-kilometer products. The village streets came alive with live music, folk groups, and evening shows that drew visitors from across the Palermo area.
