Grilled Meat Festival 2025
The ninth edition of the Grilled Meat Festival was held in Torre Suda, the seaside district of Racale, from August 8 to 10, 2025, in the Gabriele Toma Coastal Garden. Organized by the Pro Loco of Torre Suda with the patronage of the Municipality of Racale, the event offered grilled meat, peppers, meatballs, and specialties of the local rural cuisine every evening.
The musical program accompanied the evenings with Suoni del Salento on August 8 and 9, featuring pizzica and popular rhythms, while the final evening on August 10 hosted the Balla Italia dance party, in the atmosphere of the wait for the Night of San Lorenzo. It was a well-attended edition that confirmed the festival as one of the most popular summer culinary events on the Salento Ionian coast.
