Edition 2025 — Campora Grilled Meat Festival
2025 Edition: August 8th to 12th in Campora
Also in 2025, the Grilled Meat Festival was held in Campora, in the province of Salerno, from August 8th to 12th, for five consecutive evenings. The streets of the village, from the gardens of the square to the most picturesque alleys, transformed into a journey of taste and conviviality around the event area.
The usual dishes returned to the tables: appetizers of local cured meats and cheeses, roasted bread with caciocavallo, foglie e patate, ciambotta, and grilled meats — sausage, pancetta, veal, and rabbit, the festival's most requested specialty — cooked over local wood. The stands opened in the evening, around 7:00 PM, with live music and the usual village festival atmosphere that lasted until late at night.
The success of the 2025 edition confirmed the event as one of the fixed appointments of the Cilento summer, paving the way for the 2026 edition, re-proposed on the same August dates.
