Grilled Meat and Sgabei Festival

The 17th edition of the Grilled Meat and Sgabei Festival took place from August 8 to 10, 2025, at Parco Le Sughere in Quattro Strade, in the municipality of Bientina (Province of Pisa). Every evening, starting at 7:30 PM, food stalls offered Tuscan grilled meats cooked over an open flame and traditional sgabei, leavened bread dough fried in a pan. The evenings were enlivened by live music in the relaxed and convivial atmosphere typical of August Tuscan festivals. The event, with free admission, was organized by ASD Polisportiva Quattro Strade 1969 in collaboration with the Circolo Ricreativo e Culturale Il Risorgimento Parco Le Sughere.
