Edition 2025 — Grilled Cockerel and Florentine Steak Festival

The first edition of the Grilled Cockerel and Florentine Steak Festival took place in May 2025 at Parco Le Sughere of the Circolo Il Risorgimento, in Quattro Strade di Bientina (PI). The new event, organized by the Contrada Centro Storico, kicked off the Bientina summer festival season with three evenings dedicated to Tuscan grilled cuisine.

In May 2025, the Grilled Cockerel and Florentine Steak Festival debuted in Bientina, a new food festival hosted at Parco Le Sughere in the Quattro Strade area. The festival, promoted by the Contrada Centro Storico of the Circolo Il Risorgimento, offered grilled cockerel, Florentine steak, and typical traditional Tuscan dishes.

Already in its first edition, the event established itself as the opening appointment of the long summer gastronomic season at the park, attracting families and food lovers from the province of Pisa.
