Edition 2025 — Grika Salad Festival

The 31st edition of the Grika Salad and Sausage Festival took place from 11 to 13 July 2025 in Martignano, in the heart of Grecìa Salentina. Three evenings of Salento country cuisine, with the grika salad PAT starring alongside sausage, horse meat and musakà, live folk music and guided tours of the Palmieri Park.

2025 edition

The 31st edition, organised by the Pro Loco "Antonio Martano" with the Municipality of Martignano and UNPLI Puglia, enlivened the village centre for three evenings with the stalls of grika salad, grilled sausage, horse meat, musakà and pittule. Each evening, from 10:30 pm, live music: Friday 11 July the Calanti with pizzica and Salento folk music, Saturday 12 July the Rewind with 1970s-80s disco hits, Sunday 13 July Io, te e Puccia between folk, punk and traditional songs. The programme also included guided tours of Palazzo Palmieri (from 7:30 pm), an art exhibition, a talk on Traditional Agri-Food Products and a book presentation.
