The first edition of Green Hope

The debut of Green Hope took place on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Parco Scarano in Venticano, in the province of Avellino. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Venticano with the patronage of the Province of Avellino and the collaboration of numerous local associations, presented itself as a full day dedicated to the discovery and promotion of Irpinia.

The afternoon was reserved for meetings and families, with the Esperienze irpine conference, a workshop for children, and the presentation of a book dedicated to Giovanni Falcone. The evening brought sports to the park with the Trofeo Hirpinus, followed by entertainment: comedy, live music, and a DJ set until late at night.

Throughout the event, the park hosted street performers, art exhibitions, musical jam sessions, fundraising moments, and a street food & beverage area. Admission was free.

First edition - Friday, September 5, 2025, Parco Scarano, Venticano (AV). Daily program:

• 17:30 - Esperienze irpine conference, with Fondazione Sistema Irpinia, Irpinia Trekking, the Il Cammino della Restanza association, and the director of the Archaeological Park of Aeclanum.
• 18:30 - Children's workshop (ages 4-10), Lupus in fabula e facce da lupo special.
• 19:30 - Presentation of the book Il genio di Giovanni Falcone with magistrate Catello Maresca.
• Evening - Trofeo Hirpinus football tournament, with Third Category teams.
• Evening - Stand-up comedy with Vincenzo Comunale.
• Evening - Live concert by Jovine, one of the main exponents of the Neapolitan reggae and crossover scene.
• Night - DJ set by Armato Group.

Throughout the day: street performers, art exhibitions, musical jam sessions, listening sessions, fundraising, and a street food & beverage area.
