Edition 2025 — Green Gold Festival
The 13th edition — August 17, 2025
The thirteenth edition of the Green Gold Festival was held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in Piazza Annunziatella in Brolo, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated summer events in the Nebrodi region. Starting at 8:00 PM, the festival offered tastings of pistachio specialties: pennette, stuffed arancini, artisanal gelato in its various shades, and desserts prepared by the organizing association under the supervision of Maria Rosa Fasolo.
The evening was enlivened by the De Colores Band, which turned the square into an authentic dance floor, with the voice of vocalist Swami Forzano. The festival culminated in a triumph of light and music with the pyromusical show by the Castorino company. The event, led by Cono and Valentina Lenzo, involved local businesses and volunteers, donating the proceeds to support local families.
