Edition 2025 — Spring Tapulonata

In 2025, the Antica Cunsurtarija dal Tapulon once again hosted its Spring Tapulonata in Borgomanero, a convivial evening dedicated to tapulon, the city's signature dish recognized with the De.Co. designation. A community event that, as per tradition, brought together members and supporters around the table of Upper Piedmont.

The Spring Tapulonata is one of the recurring events of the Antica Cunsurtarija dal Tapulon in Borgomanero, in the province of Novara. In the 2025 edition, the evening celebrated tapulon according to the traditional recipe, served with polenta and gorgonzola and accompanied by wines from the Colline Novaresi.

Beyond the food, the evening maintained the typical rituals of the brotherhood, founded in 2003 to preserve and promote the gastronomic and cultural traditions of the area, in an atmosphere of conviviality and friendship.
