Edition 2025 — Dobbiaco Midsummer Festival
On Thursday, August 14, 2025, Dobbiaco celebrated its Great Midsummer Festival in the town square. From noon, the festival was enlivened by music from the group Kemitna, with entertainment by the Volkspartie from 5:00 PM. At 8:30 PM, the Night Run (Toblacher Nachtlauf) started, and in the evening, DJ Piol closed the festivities. Organizers: Musikkapelle Toblach and the Dobbiaco Volunteer Fire Department.
The 2025 edition of the Great Midsummer Festival (Mittsommerfest) took place on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in the square of Dobbiaco/Toblach, in Alta Pusteria. The day's program was rich and varied:
- 12:00 PM — opening of the festival with music from the group Kemitna;
- 5:00 PM — musical entertainment with Volkspartie;
- 8:30 PM — start of the Night Run (Toblacher Nachtlauf), 10 km from the Grand Hotel Cultural Center;
- Around 10:00 PM — dance evening with DJ Piol to close the festivities.
The festival, with free admission, was organized by the Musikkapelle Toblach and the Dobbiaco Volunteer Fire Department, who invited residents and guests to experience the traditional Ferragosto evening together at the foot of the Dolomites.
