Edition 2025 — Great Bike Ride of Pianezza

In 2025, the Great Bike Ride through History and Nature once again enlivened Pianezza during the days of World Environment Day, as part of the municipal Green Week. As per tradition, the day combined the discovery of the historic village and historic villas with a bike ride through the countryside, featuring stops at local farms and moments dedicated to families. A free event promoted by the Municipality of Pianezza and local associations.

The 2025 edition of the Great Bike Ride of Pianezza confirmed itself as one of the most beloved events of the city's Green Week, held on the occasion of World Environment Day. Starting from Villa Granero, participants crossed the historic village with the Torre del Ricetto, churches, and Art Nouveau villas, before reaching the paths and farmhouses of the Pianezza countryside.

The proven formula included guided tours of historic sites, stops and tastings at local farms, and moments of celebration for adults and children, with the possibility of participating by bicycle or on foot. The initiative, free and open to all, confirmed Pianezza's commitment to combining heritage enhancement, outdoor life, and environmental sustainability.
