Granfondo Valle del Nisi

The 2025 edition of the Granfondo Valle del Nisi confirmed the format that has made this mountain bike race famous on the Ionian coast of Messina. The start and finish were on the Alì Terme seafront, with the two traditional routes: the Granfondo of approximately 42 km and 1,650 meters of elevation gain, and the Excursion/E-Bike of approximately 20 km and 900 meters of elevation gain.

The track led bikers through the trails of the Nisi Valley, at the foot of Monte Scuderi, passing through the chestnut woods of Nizza di Sicilia and the historic centers of Alì and Fiumedinisi. The event, included in the Coppa Sicilia circuit of the Italian Cycling Federation, attracted enthusiasts from all over the island again this year, accompanied by the usual side activities and gastronomic stands on the seafront.
