Gran Galà del Tortél Dóls

The 2025 edition, the seventeenth, of the Gran Galà del Tortél Dóls was held on October 11 and 12, 2025, in Piazza Garibaldi in Colorno (PR).

Saturday featured a demonstration by the rezdore with pasta dough rolling, "Mani in Pasta" workshops for children, the "I Ravioli di Paganini" show cooking, and the PizzAut solidarity initiative. Sunday, after the A.I.M.A. charity marathon and the morning pastry workshops, the afternoon culminated with the traditional Gara delle Rezdore (free tasting) and a series of meetings dedicated to mostarda, tortello at the table, and autumn flavors.

Throughout the weekend, the square was enlivened by the market of floriculture, crafts, and farms, ethnic dances, the exhibition of vintage agricultural tractors, and the Confraternita Restaurant with the typical menu of the Bassa Parmense.
