Edition 2025 — Fritto Misto Calosso
In the summer of 2025, the Pro Loco of Calosso hosted the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese evening on Saturday, July 5, at 8:30 PM, at the air-conditioned Salone Monticone. A convivial dinner dedicated to the famous fritto misto, accompanied by a selection of quality local wines, designed to enjoy the Piedmontese culinary tradition in the cool during the summer season.
The summer evening of Fritto Misto alla Piemontese was held on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 8:30 PM at the Salone Monticone in Calosso, which was air-conditioned to allow guests to enjoy traditional cuisine in comfort. The menu, centered on the fritto misto alla piemontese and accompanied by local wines, was offered at a cost of 30 euros per person. Mandatory reservations were handled by the Pro Loco representatives (Teresa and Mauro), with registration closing in the days leading up to the event.
