2025 Edition — The 23rd Edition
The 23rd edition of Gragnano City of Pasta took place from September 12th to 14th, 2025, celebrating the city's iconic product with a concept inspired by the world of cinema, along the scenic "Taste Promenade" where every pasta shape was honored like a star.
The program, organized by the Consortium for the Protection of PGI Gragnano Pasta in partnership with the Municipality of Gragnano and the Campania Region, featured visits to historic mills and pasta factories, tastings, showcooking, gourmet street food, talks, and live performances. The heart of the event consisted of food stands dedicated to traditional recipes and stations reserved for Michelin-starred chefs, with the official inauguration on Friday culminating in the symbolic "Cutting of the Spaghetti" and the presentation of the Cultural Award.
