Gorgonzola PDO Festival

The eighth edition of the Gorgonzola PDO Festival brought Cavallermaggiore to life from April 23 to May 4, 2025, filling the historic center of the Cuneo town with flavors and visitors.

Tastings took place under the large marquee of the Pala Gorgo, in Piazza Baden-Powell, with over 700 covers for group meals based on Gorgonzola. In Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, street food offered sweet and savory specialties, while the Piazza degli Erborinati in Piazza Statuto hosted blue cheese producers, and the Blu Arena, in the town hall courtyard, paired tastings with wines, beers, honey, and vermouth. The market fair was held on Via Roma on April 25 and 27, and May 1 and 4, with free shuttles to nearby producers.
