Edition 2025 — Golosaria Rosignano

The nineteenth edition of Golosaria Monferrato was held on May 17-18, 2025, with the theme "The Colors of Monferrato." In Rosignano Monferrato, the weekend saw the presentation and inauguration of the School of Taste spaces at Palazzo Cassano, as part of the "Rosignano Welcomes" project, winner of the PNRR Village Call.

In the 2025 edition, dedicated to the "Colors of Monferrato," Rosignano Monferrato enlivened the Golosaria weekend with the presentation of the School of Taste program and the inauguration of the new spaces at Palazzo Cassano, in Piazza XI Settembre. Among the novelties of the regional event were four cycling routes to discover Monferrato and guided walks through biodiversity, flora, fauna, and cultural sites, featuring the signature dish of mixed boiled meat salad. The village in the Province of Alessandria confirmed its status as a destination for taste and culture among the hills of the Lower Monferrato.
