The 2025 edition, the nineteenth, brought the Monferrato to life on May 17 and 18 with a program spread across thirty-seven locations featuring food, wine, art, history, and nature. In Altavilla Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria, the Distilleria Mazzetti d'Altavilla was open on both days from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, offering tours of the distillery and the Barrel Room with sensory tastings and pairings, in addition to free tours of the Historic Park.

Among the novelties of the edition, the four 'Bicicletta Golosa' cycling routes allowed for the discovery of the territory with stops at selected restaurants and shops.
