Golosando 2025

The 2025 edition of Golosando was held on July 17, 2025, starting at 6:30 PM, in the meadow at the foot of the church of Soraga di Fassa, in the Val di Fassa (Province of Trento). Confirmed as one of the most anticipated and beloved summer events in the village, the evening offered specialties of Ladin cuisine: canederli and hearty barley soup, polenta cooked in a copper cauldron accompanied by sausage, pork shank, and local cheeses, with traditional desserts to finish.

The soundtrack for the evening was provided by the Spritz Band, with a repertoire ranging from Tyrolean music to ballroom dancing, as well as 1960s hits and Italian singer-songwriters. The preparation of the dishes was handled by local volunteer associations together with the village hotel chefs.
