Edition 2025 — Goleto Festival

The 12th edition of the Goleto Festival took place in July 2025 at the Goleto Abbey in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, featuring four evenings starting at 8:30 PM. Organized by the Rotary Club Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi Hirpinia Goleto together with the 'Domenico Cimarosa' Conservatory of Avellino, the edition combined baroque music, dance, and young Irpinian talent, with a fundraiser supporting the Rotary Foundation's campaign against polio.

Goleto Festival 2025, the 12th edition

Four evenings of music, culture, and solidarity marked the 2025 edition of the Goleto Festival, hosted as usual in the Goleto Abbey complex in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, in the province of Avellino. The opening on July 18 was entrusted to the "Domenico Cimarosa" Conservatory with the program "Masterpieces of Baroque Music: Naples and Venice," performed by soprano Rossella Costa and Pierfrances On July 28, the final performance of the dance workshop curated by Cinzia Donatiello was staged; on July 29, it was the turn of young Irpinian talents from the summer masterclass under the artistic direction of Raffaele Diego Cardone; on July 30, the Sus4tet collective, a modular saxophone ensemble with an innovative repertoire, closed the program.

Chaired by Stefania Di Cicilia, the event confirmed its dual vocation: to promote the Alta Irpinia region and its young musicians, and to raise funds for the Rotary Foundation, which has been committed to the fight against polio for years.
