Edition 2025 — Goats in Celebration
The 2025 edition of Capre in Festa was held on Sunday, November 23, in Valgoglio. The day brought together shepherds, breeders, and visitors around the Orobica goat, with Mass in the morning, animal blessings, a competitive exhibition, a convivial lunch, a prize draw in the afternoon, music, and Christmas markets in the gymnasium.
In 2025, the Capre in Festa event enlivened Valgoglio on Sunday, November 23, celebrating the Orobica goat in the upper Val Seriana. Between the livestock show with the election of king and queen, religious moments dedicated to the pastoral world, and a village festival, the event confirmed the community's bond with its mountain tradition.
