Edition 2025 — Gnocco Festival
In 2025, the Gnocco Festival, in its 48th edition, animated Piazza Perlasca in Teolo with its April Sundays dedicated to handmade gnocco. Covered gastronomic stand with gnocco served with ragù, tomato sauce, butter and sage, chicken, pancetta, polenta, and schisotto, organized by the Comitato Popolare Feste a Teolo.
The 2025 edition, the 48th, of the Gnocco Festival confirmed its spring tradition in Piazza Perlasca in Teolo (Euganean Hills, Padua). The covered gastronomic stand of the Comitato Popolare Feste a Teolo offered handmade gnocco in classic variations — ragù, tomato sauce, butter and sage — accompanied by chicken, pancetta, polenta, schisotto, and good wine, on several Sundays in April, with excursions through the Hills to complete the festival.
