Edition 2025 — Gnocco Festival

In 2025, the Gnocco Festival once again enlivened Selva di Trissino over two weekends, featuring De.Co. gnocchi made with Monte Faldo potatoes, served with ten different sauces, food stalls, music, and a market exhibition organized by the parish.

The 2025 edition of the Gnocco Festival took place in Selva di Trissino over two weekends between late August and September, confirming the formula that has made the Vicenza hamlet famous.

The heart of the festival, as always, was the Selva De.Co. gnocchi prepared with Monte Faldo potatoes and served with ten different sauces, cooked pan by pan. Around the food stall, there was a market exhibition, live music, and entertainment, in a village festival atmosphere organized by the parish of Selva di Trissino.
