Edition 2025 — Gnocco Estate

In 2025, Gnocco Estate confirmed its mid-June event in Castelletto di Serravalle, Valsamoggia (BO). Three evenings in the covered equipped area of Via Berlinguer, with fried gnocco and typical Emilian specialties as the stars of the food stalls, accompanied by the usual musical evenings and dance orchestras dear to local popular tradition, in the spirit of conviviality and solidarity.

The 2025 edition of Gnocco Estate renewed the classic summer event of the Gruppo del Gnocco Fritto in Castelletto di Serravalle, a hamlet of Valsamoggia (BO). As tradition dictates, the covered equipped area of Via Enrico Berlinguer hosted food stalls for several evenings, open from 6:00 PM, featuring fried gnocco and specialties from the Bolognese Apennines.

The festival offered evenings of music and dancing, following the tradition of liscio orchestras and live shows that characterize the event year after year. True to its charitable mission, the event also in 2025 donated its proceeds to charity, confirming the bond between the Gruppo del Gnocco Fritto and the community of Valsamoggia.
