Edition 2025 — Gnocchi with Fioreta
The 2025 edition of the Gnocchi with Fioreta Festival confirmed Recoaro Terme's tradition, with the event spread over two weekends in August. The food pavilion, set up in the historic center in collaboration with the Malgari dei Ronchi, offered gnocchi dressed with fioreta, the liquid alpine ricotta that symbolizes the cuisine of the Piccole Dolomiti.
The program combined morning guided excursions, markets, fioreta preparation demonstrations, the election of Miss Fioretta, and musical evenings with DJ sets and live music, attracting numerous visitors to the Vicenza spa town as every year.
