Edition 2025 — Gnocchi Sbatui
In 2025, the Gnocchi Sbatui Festival enlivened Erbezzo on the first Sunday of August, with Lessinia gnocchi served at Palalinte for lunch and dinner. Craft markets, a band in the square, live music, and fireworks accompanied one of the most beloved festivals of the Verona Lessinia, organized by the Pro Loco of Erbezzo.
The 2025 edition of the Gnocchi Sbatui Festival confirmed the community's affection for the symbolic dish of Lessinia. In Erbezzo, in the province of Verona, gnocchi made from flour, water, Monte Veronese cheese, and melted butter were served at Palalinte, while craft markets, the band in the square, and live music animated the village streets. The day concluded with traditional fireworks, in a festival meticulously curated by the Pro Loco of Erbezzo.
