Edition 2025 — Gnocchi Festival

In 2025, the Gnocchi and Salamella Festival once again enlivened Pognana Lario for Saint Roch's Day, featuring handmade gnocchi by Pro Loco volunteers, salamelle, and evening dances on Lake Como.
The Gnocchi and Salamella Festival is an unmissable mid-August event in Pognana Lario. Every August 16th, for the feast of the patron saint Saint Roch, the church square fills with aromas and people: Pro Loco volunteers handmade gnocchi, served with various sauces, while salamelle cook on the grill. The day, opened by mass, concludes in the evening with an orchestra and dancing. A tradition that since 1974 has united the community of the small Larian village in a celebration of taste and conviviality.
