Edition 2025 — Gnoc de Cola

In the summer of 2025, the Gnoc de Cola Festival animated Villa di Lozio, Valle Camonica, with traditional Camuna 'gnoc de cola' served for lunch and dinner, in a village celebration dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Brescia mountains.

The 2025 edition of the Gnoc de Cola Festival confirmed the tradition of the gastronomic celebration in Lozio, Valle Camonica. In Villa di Lozio, between lunches and dinners, visitors were able to taste 'gnoc de cola', gnocchi made from flour, eggs, and bread, seasoned with cheese and melted butter, a symbol of Camuna humble cuisine.

Amidst good food and conviviality, the festival brought together the Lozio community and many enthusiasts of traditional gastronomy, reaffirming the deep bond between the village and its signature dish.
