Maestro Giuseppe Pietri Celebrations – Operetta Grand Gala

Before the grand 2026 anniversary, the figure of Giuseppe Pietri remained at the heart of cultural life in Portoferraio and Campo nell'Elba, thanks to organizations that bear his name, primarily the "Giuseppe Pietri" Philharmonic. The bond between the Maestro and his home territory, Sant'Ilario, is regularly celebrated through concerts and commemorative moments that paved the way for the 140th-anniversary celebrations. The composer, father of the "Italian way" to operetta with titles such as L'acqua cheta and Addio giovinezza!, remains one of the most representative voices of Elban musical identity.
