Giuseppe Dell'Orefice International Award

The 16th edition

The sixteenth edition of the Giuseppe Dell'Orefice Award took place on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the PalaFara in Fara Filiorum Petri, in the province of Chieti. The award was presented to the City of Atri and the "Antonio Di Jorio" Museum and Archive, with a special mention for the archive directed by Maestro Concezio Leonzi, recognized for their consistent dedication to promoting musical culture.

Under the artistic direction of Dr. Francesco D'Urbano and hosted by Professor Marialuisa Fuschi, the evening featured performances of original compositions by Dell'Orefice, Tosti, and Di Jorio, with soprano Chiara Tarquini, Maestro Raffaele Di Berto, and various Abruzzese ensembles. Numerous regional and provincial authorities were in attendance, confirming the Award's role as a benchmark for classical music in Abruzzo.
