2025 Giulianova Summer Carnival
The fifth edition of the Giulianova Summer Carnival was held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, in Giulianova Lido, starting at 9:00 PM. The grand parade of the six allegorical floats started near the Caprice beach club, traveling along the monumental seafront before splitting between Via Nazario Sauro and the port area.
The six floats, built by the neighborhoods, featured the themes Betty Boop at the Moulin Rouge (Lido), Hansel and Gretel (Paese), Happy Bat (Annunziata), Sandokan and the Tiger of Malaysia (Colleranesco), Grease (Villa Pozzoni), and The Eternal Conflict (Case di Trento). A new feature for 2025 was the synchronized soundtrack that accompanied all groups uniformly, transforming the parade into a single collective show.
The organization was handled by the Float Committee, led by Fabio Raschiatore with artistic direction by Daniele Panichi, with the support of the Municipality of Giulianova and local associations. The twinning with the Misterbianco Carnival (Catania) was also confirmed, bringing over forty Sicilian performers to Giulianova.
