Gira in gir par l'isula pescadur

The 9th edition of the Gira in gir par l'isula pescadur was held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, on Isola dei Pescatori in Stresa (VB). The 6 km non-competitive evening run followed the traditional format: meeting at the Lido di Carciano, motorboat transfer to the island, a mini-race for children, and the start of the main race at sunset, winding through the alleys and cobblestones of the fishermen's village.

The evening concluded with a pasta party organized by the Pro Loco and the island's restaurants, while part of the proceeds was donated to the CIPS association for the maintenance of local trails.
