Edition 2025 — Giove Folklore Festival

The 2025 edition of the Giove International Folklore Festival brought Italian and foreign folk groups to the village in the province of Terni, featuring a week of traditional dances, music, and costumes. With a historical pageant, candle ceremony, flag wavers, and typical taverns, the festival confirmed its vocation for cultural exchange.

In 2025, the Giove International Folklore Festival once again animated the Umbrian village with its tried-and-tested formula: folk groups from various countries and Italian regions, performances of traditional dances and music, and a week of celebration in the historic centre.

Alongside the performances by guest groups, there were the candle ceremony, the costumed historical pageant, and flag wavers, while the taverns offered traditional dishes. Organized by the Associazione Corteo Storico di Giove, the festival reaffirmed the village's role as a crossroads of popular traditions in the Umbria Region.

Free admission to shows; food and drinks at the taverns are payable.
