Edition 2025 — Geocult

The 2nd edition of Geocult, the Italian Festival of Geosciences, took place in Lecco in May 2025, confirming the formula that combines scientific outreach, theatre, and on-site experiences. Exhibitions, talks, workshops, and excursions told the geology of the Larian territory to a wide audience.

Geocult 2025, the second edition of the Italian Festival of Geosciences, brought Earth sciences to Lecco with a program of exhibitions, talks, workshops, and excursions. Promoted by the Municipality of Lecco and Fondazione Teàrte, the festival consolidated its outreach and multidisciplinary nature.

The Lecco area, with its mountains and Lake Como, served as a natural laboratory to showcase rocks, water, and landscapes, introducing geosciences to students, families, and enthusiasts from the Province of Lecco and the Lombardy Region.
