The 2025 edition of the Gemona del Friuli Carnival could not take place due to bad weather, which led to the cancellation of the parade of allegorical floats in the historic center, as had already happened in 2024.

The Gemonese tradition, revived with great participation in 2023 after years of absence, had to contend with adverse weather conditions, awaiting the return of allegorical floats and masked groups to the square in the following edition.
